What working with our team involves
A useful website project begins with the business behind it. A local service company may need more quote requests, a startup may need to explain an unfamiliar product, and an agency may need a reliable team to deliver an agreed design. We start by understanding that job so the pages, platform and enquiry journey support the same goal.
Agree the purpose and scope
Bring your current website, the services you want to promote and the questions customers ask before contacting you. We use that information to identify the pages and actions the site needs. An enquiry form, booking link, online store and customer portal are different requirements. Defining them early makes the proposal more useful and gives both sides a clearer basis for discussing priorities, timing and cost.
Plan the content around real decisions
Visitors need to understand what you do, whether you serve their situation and how to take the next step. We work through that information alongside the page structure: service explanations, genuine examples of the work, useful answers and clear contact options. If existing pages already attract relevant search traffic, the plan should account for their content and URLs rather than treating the redesign as a blank slate.
Choose a platform the business can maintain
Ibrahim has built CMS websites since 2017 and works with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix and Duda. The appropriate choice depends on the project. We consider the editing workflow, integrations, store requirements and ongoing support before choosing tools. Within WordPress, that can include Elementor, Divi or Gutenberg, with the aim of giving the eventual editor a workable way to maintain the site.
Review the design with actual content
A layout needs to work with your real headings, photographs and service information. During review, look at the full visitor journey rather than isolated screen designs. Can someone understand the offer, find the evidence they need and make an enquiry? Feedback on those questions helps the team make purposeful revisions and gives the approved design a clear connection to the business goal.
Check the route from visitor to enquiry
Before handover, the practical checks include navigation, links, forms and responsive layouts. A success message is only part of a form test: the enquiry also needs to reach the right place with enough information for someone to respond. Website speed and search readiness belong in that review as well, alongside the content and design. These checks help reveal problems that a homepage screenshot alone cannot show.
Plan ownership and ongoing care
A finished website still needs content updates, maintenance and a way to recover from problems. We discuss who will manage those responsibilities and what should be documented at handover. Some businesses want to edit their own content while leaving technical maintenance to a team; others need ongoing help with new pages or integrations. The support arrangement should reflect that need and remain understandable to the people using it.
